Via Kingston is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to join our Kingston Service. You will develop and deliver integrated psychosocial and pharmacological interventions for adults with substance misuse, focusing on seamless outcomes across pathways.
You will manage a caseload, coordinate assessment and evidence-based interventions, recovery planning and aftercare, working with multidisciplinary colleagues while upholding Via policies and safeguarding.
