This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for an Education Practitioner for our Subwize Young Person’s Service.

The Education Practitioner will lead the delivery and development of Subwize’s literacy and numeracy programmes across Barking & Dagenham. This role focuses on supporting young people who have been identified as having unmet educational needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, tailored interventions that improve their academic outcomes and overall engagement with learning.

The postholder will play a key role in coordinating education support provision, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that Subwize’s internal referral processes are effective, responsive, and aligned with the needs of young people.

We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
