Job Details Location: London, England, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a Health & Benefits – Group Risk Consultant to join our hybrid team within the risk and healthcare consulting division. The role involves advising clients on managing workforce health and implementing risk and health-related insurances, which are a core part of this service. The team handles all aspects of group insurance, including market broking, administration, and consulting, covering private medical insurance, healthcare policies, group life assurance, pensions, income protection, and more, including policies via Lloyd\’s market. Responsibilities Collaborate with WTW Consultants and clients on risk and health insurance solutions. Provide strategic advice on benefit program design and management. Stay updated on legislative changes and apply knowledge proactively. Negotiate and manage provider relationships. Maintain high-quality service and client retention. Organize renewals, redesign benefits, liaise with providers, and assist in re-broking exercises. Handle client queries and maintain quality control procedures. Qualifications Experience in risk benefits; healthcare benefits experience is advantageous. Technical knowledge in Employee Benefits and group risk policies. Qualifications such as GR1 and/or IF7 are preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Quick learner, organized, and accurate. Understanding of broader employee health issues, international coverage, wellbeing, and technology platforms is a plus.
