VHR Global is currently recruiting Storekeepers for our Aviation Client to support their operations in the Middle East. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work in a collaborative and exciting environment with a 28 day on, 28 day off rotation.
About the Role:
- Complete store movements and bookings to maintain security, documentation, and organization standards.
- Keep stock records up to date.
- Ensure secure, organized, and tidy stores with clear labeling.
- Receive, transfer, and issue aircraft parts in compliance with Part 145 and company procedures.
- Place goods in query if they do not meet stipulated requirements, especially regarding documentation.
- Receive unserviceable components, ensuring timely return with required paperwork (CORES).
- Dispose of items requiring destruction in line with legal regulations and supplier requirements.
- Prepare, administer, and archive transport, import, and export paperwork.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables, raise new orders, and ensure timely arrivals.
- Manage storage, issuing, and ordering of work clothing.
Candidate Profile:
- Vocational qualification in warehouse logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in the aerospace or engineering sector.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP/MRP systems experience desirable.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Requirements:
- Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics company.
- Good MS-Office skills.
