They are now looking to recruit experienced and motivated Exhaust Fabricators / TIG Welders to support ongoing growth and advanced manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Precision fabrication and TIG welding of high-performance exhaust components
  • Working with exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
  • Reading and interpreting complex technical and engineering drawings
  • Using specialist fabrication tools including tube benders, notchers, and forming equipment
  • Performing in-process quality checks to ensure components meet stringent tolerances
  • Collaborating with engineers and quality teams to ensure project deadlines and standards are met
  • Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes within the workshop

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in TIG welding and precision fabrication, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive sectors
  • Strong familiarity with welding and forming thin-gauge exotic metals
  • Ability to work from detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and a passion for producing world-class quality work
