Job Title: Upholsterer (3-Month Contract)

Location: London

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled Upholsterer to join our team on a 3-month contract. You will work on a range of furniture, including chairs, sofas, and office seating. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reupholster furniture such as office chairs, sofas, and other seating
• Measure, cut, and fit fabrics or materials to specific furniture pieces
• Repair and refurbish existing upholstery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work with other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Upholsterer or similar role
• Confident using hand tools and cutting patterns
• Familiar with various fabrics and upholstery materials
• Able to work well alone and with a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Physically able to lift and move furniture

This hands-on role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can meet project goals on time.
