VHR is a multi-award winning technical recruitment company, headquartered in London, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to our clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, and Marine sectors. VHR currently employs 70 members of staff across its 10 offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Bologna, Prague, Leipzig and Nicosia and generates a turnover of over £40M annually. The Company’s medium-term aims are to grow to 90+ staff and £75M annual turnover.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. You will assist the Recruitment & HR manager to fill internal vacancies based throughout the Company’s office network, and will be responsible for the raising, issuing and supporting the signing and return of contractual and employment documents across our global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Recruitment & HR Manager to collaborate with internal VHR hiring managers to write or update job descriptions and adverts for current internal vacancies
- Advertise internal job opportunities on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn and GulfTalent)
- Source candidates through telephone, online channels, networking, referrals and other innovative methods
- Screen CVs and applications and update candidates throughout the hiring processes
- Assisting the Recruitment & HR Manager to schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders as required
- Coordinate interviews with candidates during the hiring process, including phone, first-round and second-round face to face interviews
- Assisting the Recruitment & HR Manager to evaluate candidates based on their interview performance
- Report to the Recruitment & HR Manager on the status of candidates
- Answer candidates’ queries at all stages of the hiring process
- Provide interview feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all onboarding checks, including full referencing, is completed for each new internal hire
- Keeping the application tracking system (ATS) up to date
The Individual:
- You must be professional, highly organised, a strong communicator, tenacious and resilient
- Analytical and logical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with working to firm deadlines
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The salary for this role is £27,000 with an OTE of £30,000 annually
