- Manage UK and intercompany accounting and consolidation across group entities, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and FX considerations.
- Maintain and improve multi-entity structures within the finance system (Sage Intacct), ensuring clean entity-level and consolidated reporting.
- Support the localisation of group finance policies to reflect jurisdiction‑specific statutory and tax requirements.

- Contribute to group cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring across entities and currencies.
- Support optimisation of the group's cash and tax structure across jurisdictions.
- Assist with intercompany funding arrangements and bank relationship management as required.
- Process & Controls
- Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and controls, particularly around payroll reconciliation, intercompany processes, and multi‑entity reporting.
- Partner with technology/systems teams to drive automation and reduce manual reconciliation effort.
- Support internal audit schedules and coordinate documentation across the finance team.

- Experience working within international multi-entity & multi‑currency group structure, including intercompany accounting and consolidation.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and comfort with local GAAP/IFRS reporting requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with non‑finance colleagues and international teams.
- A proactive, hands‑on mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced, scaling environment with evolving processes.
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or a technical consultancy business; experience in other multi‑country service‑based businesses will also be considered.
