A leading provider of technology and electrical safety solutions supporting healthcare and critical infrastructure environments is seeking a Key Account Manager – Service Sales. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with healthcare customers, including NHS trusts and hospitals, across the UK.
The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, drive service contract renewals, and identify opportunities to expand maintenance and lifecycle service agreements. This position suits a sales professional with experience selling technical services, service contracts, or maintenance agreements into healthcare or similar regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with healthcare sector customers across the Southern UK
- Drive service contract renewals, upgrades, and multi-year agreements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve service sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Conduct regular customer visits to NHS trusts, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Work closely with engineering, service, and technical support teams
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer activity in CRM systems
- Experience in Account Management, Service Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development
- Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or technical services
- Experience working with NHS, hospitals, or healthcare sector customers is advantageous
- Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
