The Role

As a TIG Welder / Exhaust Fabricator, you will work on the production of lightweight, precision exhaust systems using advanced techniques and materials. You’ll join a team committed to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding and precision fabrication of exhaust components
• Working with Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
• Interpreting complex technical drawings
• Using specialist tools such as tube benders and notchers
• Performing quality checks to strict tolerances
• Supporting lean manufacturing practices and workshop efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled TIG welder with experience in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive
• Confident working with thin-gauge exotic metals
• Able to read and follow detailed technical drawings
• High attention to detail and quality
• Able to work independently and within a team
