Location: Oxfordshire

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Pay Rate: £17 – £22 per hour, depending on experience

About the Company

Our client is a well-established precision engineering company supplying high-quality, small-batch machined components to the motorsport and automotive sectors. With a focus on accuracy, reliability, and technical excellence, they are expanding their team and looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join their day shift.

Role Overview

As a CNC Miller (Operator), you will set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines to produce precision components with tight tolerances. You will ensure parts are machined accurately, inspected to high standards, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
  • Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform in-process inspections using standard measuring tools
  • Maintain high quality and consistency across all work
  • Support continuous workflow and meet production deadlines

  • Proven experience in CNC milling in a precision engineering environment
