An established engineering business specialising in turbine component repair, spray coatings, and precision engineering solutions is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support major growth plans across Aerospace, Defence, and MRO sectors. Following recent AS9100 accreditation, the company is now expanding aggressively into OEM, Aerospace, Defence, and overhaul markets, creating a genuine opportunity for someone with strong industry relationships and experience selling complex engineering capability.
The Role
- Develop new business across Aerospace, MRO, Defence, and Industrial Gas Turbine sectors
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and overhaul providers
- Promote specialist thermal spray, coating, and engineering capabilities
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to drive growth strategy
Ideal Background
- Experience selling engineering or manufacturing services into sectors such as Aerospace, Defence / MoD, MRO / Overhaul, Industrial Gas Turbines, Precision Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing
