This position assists in drafting and producing proposals, qualifications, and marketing materials with support from a regional team. The coordinator ensures all assignments meet client deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves training across marketing activities, focusing on pursuits and exposure to VHB’s client-focused programs. It offers a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote work, based out of various New England offices. Key Responsibilities Support proposal development and client presentations. Maintain marketing content and assist in document production. Participate in meetings with marketing and technical staff. Client Visibility and Support Assist in industry events and visibility content creation. Ensure compliance with branding standards. Qualifications 0-3 years of proposal, marketing, or writing experience, preferably in A/E/C. Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel occasionally.
