Our truly unique client is seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused, Sales/Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team. The Sales/Warehouse Administrator Role: * Primary contact for our client’s customers. Answering all enquiries efficiently, providing a proactive and bespoke service to ensure best customer satisfaction.This could be via email, phone, and online chat * Product knowledge and supporting customer sales queries * Complete all relevant sales administration in order to process orders and ensure correct information is gathered and recorded * Data entry, using Microsoft Excel to keep records up to date and accurate, along with CRM data input * Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records * Taking card payments over the phone * Support internal production team where / when required * Liaise with and support other departments as the business requires * Stock control and stock ordering.
