Finance Business Partner key responsibilities include:

  • Support the FP&A team, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
  • Focus on analysis and data integrity, supporting business decision-making by providing and presenting financial insights from data sets.
  • Support monthly actual P&L tracking and analysis.
  • Liaise regularly with commercial & financial teams globally.
  • Prepare Global Product Reporting (GPR) reporting packs, including reconciliation and data quality checks across forecasting, budgeting, and actuals.
  • Perform HFM reconciliations and comparisons vs Flash reporting.
  • Investigate variances across entities and ensure accurate allocation postings.
  • Provide analytical support to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.

Finance Business Partner profile:

  • Recently qualified ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA Accountant.
  • Experience using data analytics software tool (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience & interest in analysis and presenting insights from data sets.
  • Excellent & accurate reporting techniques.
  • Technically savvy, with advanced knowledge and usage of Excel & SAP (or similar).
  • Experience in an organization with EU or global reach beneficial.
  • Confident & engaging people skills; ability to manage relationships across the globe.
  • Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
