Key responsibilities include:
- Support the FP&A team, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Focus on analysis and data integrity, supporting business decision-making by providing and presenting financial insights from data sets.
- Support monthly actual P&L tracking and analysis.
- Liaise regularly with commercial & financial teams globally.
- Prepare Global Product Reporting (GPR) reporting packs, including reconciliation and data quality checks across forecasting, budgeting, and actuals.
- Perform HFM reconciliations and comparisons vs Flash reporting.
- Investigate variances across entities and ensure accurate allocation postings.
- Provide analytical support to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.
Profile:
- Recently qualified ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA Accountant.
- Experience using data analytics software tool (Power BI or similar).
- Experience & interest in analysis and presenting insights from data sets.
- Excellent & accurate reporting techniques.
- Technically savvy, with advanced knowledge and usage of Excel & SAP (or similar).
- Experience in an organization with EU or global reach beneficial.
- Confident & engaging people skills; ability to manage relationships across the globe.
- Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward-thinking approach to business.
