£20p/h + 2 days in office / 3 days WFH + 6–12-month temp assignment + immediate start + excellent opportunity for a permanent role + collaborative & supportive global pharma Business environment

A highly successful, global pharmaceutical organisation is looking to engage with a Contracts & Compliance Administrator on an initial 6-12month temporary basis, with a view to a permanent position in the future
\n
\n
Contracts & Compliance Administrator remit;
\n
- \n
- Support Business Unit Lead & sales team with administrative tasks including data collation & management, producing accurate documents, reports, presentations, proposals etc
- Work with a legal contract management system and an interactive client approvals system
- Collate complex & detailed information including client & contract details
- Work closely with other departments including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Medical teams on approval process for client contracts as required
- Manage allocated key projects
- Raise invoices & POs and monitor team spend on behalf of Business Unit Lead.

Contracts & Compliance Administrator profile;
\n
- \n
- A team admin support background in a busy commercial environment
- Healthcare / pharmaceuticals background advantageous
- Client contract management / compliance process experience advantageous
- Technically proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Salesforce and SAP and any legal compliance systems or similar; ability to pick up new systems / technology quickly
- A proactive, tenacious and flexible approach to work; detail-orientated
- Confident communication skills, building and developing key business relationships
- Able to manage high volume workload with accuracy & proficiency
