A global pharmaceuticals organisation, employing more than 50,000 individuals worldwide, is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join their team in their Hertfordshire HQ. Part-time Receptionist responsibilities include: * Welcome visitors to the offices, determine their needs and direct them appropriately * Respond to phone calls to busy switchboard & direct accordingly * Manage mail / couriers * Perform administrative duties as required * Ensure cleanliness of reception area / meeting rooms * Update calendars and schedule meetings / meeting rooms * Assist in maintaining security Part-time Receptionist profile: * Min A ‘levels or similar academic achievements * An individual who is happy to work 3 full days a week, Tues-Thurs (approx 22.5hrs per week) with some flexibility Mon & Fridays as required * Experience as a Receptionist in busy commercial offices * Good administrative capabilities * Demonstrate good level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel etc) * Confident written and verbal communication skills. * Customer service; Multitasking and prioritizing; attention to detail * Dependable, flexible, problem-solving & solutions focused.
