V.Ships Leisure is looking for a Provision Master on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts. The Provision Master is in charge of the management of all hotel F&B stores onboard, including receiving and distributing supplies to all departments as needed. The Provision Master is in charge of inspecting all supplies for quality and accurate quantities (with assistance from Executive Chef and Bar Manager), and maintains a proper storage protocol as well as a re-distribution of supplies to various departments as needed.
