MSC Cruise is seeking an Executive Sous Chef (Japanese Cuisine) based in London, UK.

You will lead the Japanese restaurant team, ensure culinary excellence across all food outlets, and manage financial budgets in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

When the Executive Chef is unavailable, you will assume full responsibilities of the Main Galley and Buffet Galley.

The role requires strong leadership and refined Japanese culinary skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences aboard the MSC
