VGC Group are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Operative to join our clients team on their new project in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire. Work commencing in October 2026. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual looking for work.

Pay Rate: £18.33 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm

Lodge and Travel is not available for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting trades and site management with labouring duties
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Dumper/Roller duties
  • Supporting with general site set-up and maintenance
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Carrying out any other general site duties as required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid CSCS Card / CPCS Card (With Applicable Dumper/Roller Certification)
  • Previous experience in this role or similar
  • A good work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good punctuality and reliability
  • Right to work in the UK
