Responsibilities for the Sub Agent: Knowledge and experience of railway stations, PCC platforms desirable, experience as CRE desirable. Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of railway construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safety-first culture among the workforce to minimize accidents and injuries. Workforce Supervision: Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and work is completed according to project plans.
