Location: Northumberland Duration: Long Term Project (6 Month Contract) Pay: £400 – £500 per day  Contract Opportunity  My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Northumberland, who is currently looking for a Sub Agent on a 6 month contract with possible extension. Responsibilities for the Sub Agent: Knowledge and experience of railway stations, PCC platforms desirable, experience as CRE desirable. Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of railway construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safety-first culture among the workforce to minimize accidents and injuries. Workforce Supervision: Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and work is completed according to project plans. Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including contractors, local authorities, and the public. Communicate project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
