We're looking for an experienced Senior Foreman to join on a project in West London.
The Role:
- Coordinating leader, responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme.
- Overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Acts as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
Requirements:
- CSCS Gold Card or CSCS Black Card
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision / Construction Operations Supervision
- Health & Safety Awareness Training
