The Role
We're looking for an experienced Foreman - Skill Level 2to join on a project in West London. An experienced site supervisor responsible for leading a trade or operational team (e.g. groundworks, concrete, drainage, structures), ensuring daily productivity, safety compliance, and quality standards. This level of foreman operates under the direction of a General Foreman or Site Manager and is trusted to manage medium complexity works with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- CSCS Gold Card
- NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision or Construction Site Supervision
- SSSTS
- Health & Safety Awareness Training
- Manual Handling Training
- Competence in interpreting site drawings, method statements, permits, and quality documentation
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with a commitment to quality and safety
