VGC Group are looking for experienced Groundworkers to start on a project in Nottingham. This contract is available to start on 27/05/2025 and we can offer up to a week's work to a successful candidate.

Role: Groundworker

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £16.05 Per Hour

Hours: Shift

Contract: PAYE

Experience: 2 years +

Qualifications: CSCS Blue NVQ LVL 2 Groundworker Card, CPCS Preferable

Your role as a Groundworker will consist of:

  • Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
  • Capable of working to instruction with minimal supervision as part of a team.
  • Experience in the site preparation for bases, foundations and trenches.
  • Understanding of drainage, kerbing and slabbing.
  • Understanding of working in and around plant.
  • Experience in excavating foundations.
  • A high level of HSQE awareness.

Remuneration for this role is rate per hour, you will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
