Role: Administrator Location: Water Orton, Birmingham Pay Rate: Β£14 per hour (PAYE) My client is looking for an individual to place within the team in Water Orton, Birmingham on a major civils project. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting day to day duties within the department; Ensure smooth running of all processes; Management of current stats and liaising with work planners, including updating files of any changes; Preparation of documents, maintaining and updating database; Answering telephones, taking messages, covering reception and other administrational duties; Preparation of documentation for team meetings, Recording accurate minutes and actions; Maintaining professional client facing approach and excellent customer service; Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; Full training and support will be provided within the group for future product knowledge and development. REQUIREMENTS: Strong coordination and administrational skills Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Empathetic approach to both internal and external customers, offering first class customer service at all time Strong IT skills including MS word, excel and Power Point Strong, proven background within a similar administrative support position Experience with data entry, spreadsheets and databases Able to work on site five days a week If this position is of interest to you, please apply with an updated copy of your CV
