As an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager you will lead the delivery of programmes that challenge inequality and facilitate employment opportunities for those furthest away from the labour market. This role focuses on attracting new entrants to the industry, supporting the development of our workforce & supporting the wider community whilst ensuring we maintain an inclusive and welcoming culture across the VGC Group. We are working on some of the UK's largest and most exciting infrastructure projects including HS2, National Highways and Sellafield so we have a great opportunity to transform lives and deliver social value through excellent employment and career opportunities.
