No two projects are the same. From full property rewires and consumer unit upgrades to electrical improvements as part of kitchen, bathroom and major refurbishment programmes, you'll help deliver investment works that improve safety, comfort and energy efficiency across our housing stock. Your New Role You'll be supporting customers across the South region, covering Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and the surrounding areas. From time to time, you may also be required to support projects in and around Guildford, Portsmouth and neighbouring locations as we continue to invest in our homes and communities. Working as part of our Planned Works team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installations, upgrades, and testing across a range of improvement programmes. This could include full and partial rewires, consumer unit replacements, electrical upgrades associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, and other investment projects designed to enhance our customers' homes. What You'll Need * NVQ/AM2 (or equivalent) * 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent) * Current 18th Edition qualification * Full UK driving licence Experience within housing, planned maintenance, property investment or refurbishment programmes would be advantageous.
