VGC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a project based in OX18, Oxford. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working labourer looking for work, with consistent weekday hours and the potential for weekend work.
We are looking for someone who can start promptly, work well as part of a team, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently.
Pay Rate: £14.43 per hour PAYE. Lodge and Travel is not available for this role.
As a Labourer on site, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting trades and site management with general labouring duties
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Moving materials and equipment around site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting with general site set-up and maintenance
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Carrying out any other general site duties as required
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a labourer on construction sites
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good punctuality and reliability
