Role Overview
- Responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards, and supporting delivery of the wider programme.
- Responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, leading multiple trade teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Act as a key liaison between site management and the workforce, often taking responsibility for resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
Requirements
- CSCS Gold Supervisors Card
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- Previous experience as a Senior Foreman is required.
- Experience working on highways projects (preferred).
- Good understanding of health & safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
