An opportunity for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to support both head office and project teams in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. The role focuses on providing guidance, assurance, and challenge to drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE management systems in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Assist in delivering HSE training and awareness programmes.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with company, client, and legal requirements.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and close calls, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor and analyse HSE data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote behavioural safety programmes and a positive safety culture.
  • Support occupational health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
  • Provide HSE input into tenders and pre-qualification submissions.
  • Assist in implementing business-wide HSE strategy.
