About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Manager to join our Energy & Water team. The successful candidate will oversee overhead line projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of overhead lines projects within assigned areas.
- Lead and supervise direct labour and subcontractor teams.
- Oversee multidisciplinary construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensure project delivery meets client requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Implement and uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on all projects.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in overhead line projects.
- Civil or structural engineering qualification.
- Experience with T&D line projects.
- Experience in steel erection and foundation installation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in wiring and refurbishment projects.
- Experience in full tension stringing.
