The Role
You will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills and advising on succession planning.
- Providing estate planning advice tailored to clients' personal and financial circumstances.
- Administering estates and dealing with probate matters.
- Advising on inheritance tax and wider tax planning considerations.
- Assisting with trust creation, administration and related advice.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
The role will offer exposure to good-quality work, with the opportunity to take responsibility for matters and continue building your expertise across the full range of private client services.
The Ideal Candidate
- A junior Solicitor with experience in private client law.
- A sound understanding of wills, probate and estate administration.
