A Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive opportunity has arisen with a long established and well-respected law firm with a strong reputation for this area of work. You will be working in a supportive team of circa 5 other fee earners and will take on an existing caseload of work including:
- Sales and purchases of shops, factories, pubs etc.
- Reviewing and drafting of commercial leases
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Refinancing of commercial premises
- Land acquisition for development
The team is very busy and there is no shortage of work and the client portfolio is longstanding and loyal. You will have at least two years post qualification experience in general commercial property and be looking to work within a friendly and collaborative team. Candidates who are more senior are also invited to apply.
