- Ensure accurate trade support, reconciliation, and reporting, working closely with front-office and back-office teams.
- Managing a high volume of detailed, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Rapidly acquiring deep knowledge of FX derivatives and financial risk within a short timeframe.
- Operating within legacy systems that will require eventual replacement.
- Managing potential out-of-hours work to meet operational deadlines.
Candidate Profile

Preferred Background:
- Candidates with relevant internship experience in financial institutions or graduates eager to learn and develop in the role.
- Prior experience in a trade support role desirable, but not required
- Exposure to financial markets, ideally with knowledge of structured FX products.

- Demonstrated understanding of market and financial risk in daily operations.
- Full ownership and flawless execution of the FX derivatives trade lifecycle.
- Implementation of process automation leading to improved operational efficiency.
