- Monitor trading activity and operational flows, proactively identifying issues and escalating them to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with Trading, Back Office, and Technology teams to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure seamless processing.
- Respond promptly to queries from Settlements and Payments teams, ensuring all transactions are reconciled daily and discrepancies are addressed without delay.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of structured FX products, market risk, liquidity risk, and related operational considerations.
- Assist with process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage trade reconciliation processes for both derivative and non‑derivative transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee margin call management for clients, including initial and variation margin, in line with contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Support the Financial Risk Manager in conducting credit facility reviews and monitoring counterparty exposures.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of Trading, in line with the scope of the position, as reasonably required to support business and operational priorities.
