Responsibilities
- Lead the team’s technical direction, establish coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee delivery schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.
- Mentor, coach, and guide team members for their professional growth and performance improvement.
- Engage in hands‑on development as needed, review pull requests, and uphold software quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to align business requirements with development efforts.
- Design and review software architecture to meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
