Vextrix is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge to oversee pre‑ and post‑contract commercial management on major rail projects in London and St Albans. You will work on site around 50% of the time in the first two years and support a Design & Build environment with the NEC PM teams.
You should bring substantial Quantity Surveying and cost management experience in rail or civils, and familiarity with main works contractor environments.
