If you’re looking for an opportunity to use your technical skills and site management experience to manage site activities ensuring compliance and technical requirements are met; then this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a Site Supervisor (NEC4) to assist the Project Manager with in-field witnessing and checking of the works associated with a new process plant, housed within an existing building and all associated civils and building works.
Your management and technical skills will be used as you take responsibility for resolving queries on site and managing and advising on defects, as well managing early warnings under NEC4, and regular reviews of RAMS, EMP, CPP and O&M. You will assess compensation events and advise on disputes, while overseeing quality plans and audits and assess CE and monthly valuations.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join our team:
- Strong record keeping and knowledge of CDM (2015)
- HNC in Civil Engineering and ground works installations +5 years post-qualification experience
- Broad experience in the design, installation and management of civils/building works.
- Competent in Health and safety legislation and role of the Supervisor under NEC4
- Familiar with engineering design processes and associated engineering desktop systems
- Experience of Quality systems to BS EN ISO 9001
