Vextrix is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects in the London area, with around 50% on-site work around St Albans in the initial years. You will oversee pre- and post-contract commercial management within a Design & Build context, supporting the NEC Project Management Team and reporting to the Project Director.
You will bring substantial QS and cost management experience in rail, highways or civils, possess strong NEC knowledge.
