The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact civil and structural designs – from station upgrades and footbridges to multi-storey car parks and platform works. You'll be hands-on, responsible for producing and reviewing technical designs that shape real-world infrastructure.
You’ll grow your leadership profile, work closely with directors, and gain exposure to increasingly complex projects that develop your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review design packages for Network Rail projects – your work will be seen and used on the ground
- Create practical, high-quality solutions that meet client and safety requirements
- Collaborate with other disciplines for seamless project delivery
- Mentor junior team members and build your leadership credentials
- Apply industry standards confidently, with tools like Tekla and Revit to support delivery
