Company Description
VeUP is a specialized AWS-only execution partner founded by AWS alumni, former entrepreneurs, and venture specialists. The company supports high-growth teams by deploying onshore solution architects, engineers, and FinOps professionals. Using proven blueprints and reusable IP, VeUP delivers production-ready workloads within 60–90 days.
Role Description
We’re hiring a hands‑on Revenue Operations Manager to own our GTM data, tooling, and forecast logic – with a heavy focus on Salesforce, reporting, and clean handoff from closed‑won to billing. You’ll sit in Sales, partner closely with Marketing and Finance, and be the person our leadership trusts to deliver accurate reporting.
You will own:
- Systems, data and process (Salesforce + Gong)
- Admin and optimise Salesforce for post‑Stage 0 processes: fields, layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
- Own data hygiene and governance: enforce stage definitions, required fields, and lead/opportunity attribution so reports are trustworthy.
- Maintain Gong–Salesforce integration; ensure call data and deal data tell one consistent story.
- Document and maintain sales/billing processes.
- Forecasting, reporting and analytics
- Run the weekly forecast process and roll‑up; build views the Head of Sales can present to leadership with confidence (pipeline coverage, risk, upside).
- Build and maintain core dashboards: pipeline, conversion, forecast vs. actual, win/loss, performance by segment/rep/product.
- Surface insights proactively: slippage patterns, low‑quality pipeline, gaps by segment, opportunities to improve unit economics.
- Revenue mechanics: commissions and handoff to Finance
- Set up opportunities, contracts, and milestones correctly in Salesforce so Finance has clean inputs for invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Own commission and attainment reporting for AEs; partner with Finance on monthly/quarterly payouts and SPIFFs.
- Help model comp plans and attainment tools so reps can see where they stand in real time.
Must‑have:
- 3–5 years in Sales Ops / RevOps for a B2B SaaS or services company.
- Strong Salesforce admin/reporting skills (can build and maintain dashboards, automation, validation).
- Experience running a forecast cadence with sales leadership.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales and Finance.
- Very strong English; happy to work partial US West Coast three times a week.
Nice‑to‑have:
- Experience with Gong (or similar call intelligence platform).
- Experience with project/milestone‑based revenue (services, consulting) and commission modelling.
- Exposure to AI/ML or cloud/professional services deals.
Benefits:
- Health Insurance
- Fully Remote
- PTO: location‑based, in line with local statutory requirements and market practice.
- Diverse team based in Monaco, London, EU, the US, Canada and Dubai.
