Overview
PPC Campaign Manager – Veuno
We need an experienced PPC campaign manager to join the Veuno team. You will be the primary digital campaign execution lead for our clients and will own campaign results. This is a client-facing role where you listen to and understand project objectives and devise appropriate strategies and implementation plans. You should have strong digital marketing and analytics expertise and the technical know-how to execute end-to-end. You should have proven hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns above $10K monthly in an agency setting or in-house for B2B and DTC clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of paid campaigns from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest), and other paid media platforms.
- Apply best practices and key principles for different networks and platforms.
- Utilize multivariate testing to determine the most successful ad copy variations.
- Optimize campaigns down to the keyword, ad, managed placement, bid, quality score, and ad position level.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to reduce risk of click fraud, low-performance metrics, landing page CRO issues, and high acquisition costs.
- Develop and advise on marketing strategies and advertising opportunities that deliver results with a strong focus on conversion metrics to drive increased ROAS.
- Regular keyword planning and research with estimated monthly volumes, match type recommendations, SEO focus, and ad quality score impact.
- Ensure the marketing data stack is connected and built for proper attribution. Set up tracking and events to report accurately across campaigns and channels.
- Proactively manage relationships with clients to build rapport and guarantee a great experience through routine and scheduled interactions.
- Facilitate weekly performance discussions presenting metrics that track against KPIs and advise on leveraging current and emerging marketing solutions.
- Write compelling and high-converting ad copies, coupled with thumb-stopping creatives in static image and video format (or provide a design brief that delivers this).
Qualifications
- Paid SEM campaign management: Google Ads, Bing Ads
- Paid Social campaign management: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Apple Search Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4): Firebase, creating events, building reports and dashboards
- Google Tag Manager: advanced tags, triggers and variables
- Google Data Studio: linking accounts and building dashboards
- Google Drive: sheets, docs, shared drives, permissions and access management
- Content and design fundamentals: write attractive and concise ad copy, design creatives and/or write effective design briefs
- SEO knowledge of non-technical best practices and third party tools (SpyFu, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog)
