Key Duties
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Recognize and respond to changes in clinical status
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families and support safe discharge planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to monitor cardiac patients
