We are offering a permanent role for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist at our neurological rehabilitation hospital. This position involves managing a complex caseload of patients with communication and swallowing disorders due to neurological injuries, using evidence-based and patient-centred approaches.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, contribute to multidisciplinary care and discharge planning, and provide supervision to junior staff. The role reports to the Head of Therapies within a supportive, team-oriented environment, with responsibilities including clinical documentation, outcome monitoring, and contributing to staff training.
