About the role
This is a predominantly clinical role (around 80%) focused on delivering outstanding patient care. You will lead the nursing team, shape the Referral Nursing service, and support the hospital through effective patient management and team development. You will mentor and develop Nurses, work with leadership and clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care, and influence processes and workflows within a busy Referral Centre.

About you
- A Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 3 years’ experience in a Referral Hospital

- Passionate about mentoring others and growing a positive team culture
