About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a clinical team
- Mentor junior vets
- Handle more complex cases
- Share innovative ideas to enhance the practice
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward
Work-Life Balance
Enjoy a balanced work schedule with a four‑day work week and only one in three Saturdays, ensuring you have ample time to recharge. Plus, there are no Sunday or Out of Hours (OOH) requirements, so you can maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
