Are you an experienced and confident Vet looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? This could be the perfect role for you. With separate dog and cat wards and 20‑minute consultations, you’ll have the resources and time to provide the best care possible to your patients, in this beautifully appointed, bright practice.
The experienced team is a close‑knit 18 strong group, with providing the best care for their patients and clients at the heart of all they do. They are not only highly experienced and professional but also enjoy socialising outside of work, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. They love their clients and are well known and highly regarded for their excellent care, making the practice very popular with amazing client reviews, recommendations and lots of cake!
The practice is mixed, with the larger proportion of caseload being small animal and applications are welcomed for small animal only or mixed Vets. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience, with regular salary reviews to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work.
The practice is committed to your professional development, supporting all interests and encouraging development. A generous CPD budget is provided, along with paid fees for RCVS, VDS, BVA, and one other professional membership of your choice. Visa sponsorship is available.
Enjoy a healthy work‑life balance with a flexible schedule of a 4 or 5‑day week, rotational weekends, and on‑call rota. Part‑time positions are also available if that suits your lifestyle better. Additionally, you’ll benefit from five weeks' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day each year of service up to a maximum of six weeks. A great staff discount scheme is also part of the package.
