A growing independent small animal practice is seeking a like-minded professional to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who values patient care, strong client relationships, and a supportive community spirit. In this well-established practice, pets, clients, and team wellbeing are the top priorities. The practice offers a unique veterinary environment where 20-minute consultations, blocked emergency slots, and dedicated admin time are standard. Perform routine surgeries and manage day-to-day cases independently - Conduct soft tissue surgeries and orthopaedics, with support from specialists - Participate in continual professional development and training Confident in working independently and managing routine surgeries - Experience in handling complex medical cases is desirable - Certificate holders in soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, or ophthalmology are highly valued - Not suitable for new graduates at this stage, ideally a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required.
