Vetta Sports is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Instructional Soccer League (ISL) Coaches. As an ISL Coach, you will play a pivotal role in teaching, encouraging, and building a solid foundation of skills for children participating in our instructional soccer leagues. Leveraging your prior knowledge of the sport and through comprehensive on-the-job training, you will ignite self-confidence and inspire the development and growth of young athletes, helping them to excel at the game of soccer.
Responsibilities:
- Skill Development and Instruction: Teach fundamental soccer skills, tactics, and game concepts in an age-appropriate and engaging manner. Focus on building a solid foundation for players to excel.
- Encouragement and Motivation: Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters self-confidence, effort, and a love for the game. Inspire players to develop and grow both individually and as a team.
- Curriculum Implementation: Effectively utilize Vetta Sports' coaching curriculum and on-the-job training to deliver consistent and high-quality instruction.
- Game Management: Coach and guide teams during league games, focusing on skill application, teamwork, and sportsmanship rather than just winning.
